Building Rally
After completing the above training, we can try to work with a partner to build rallies.
Our target should be around 4-6 shot exchanges per rally.
We can use a reduced court size; it’s not necessary to use a standard court. Both players can stand one step behind the service line, essentially using the service line as the baseline for rallying. During this process, we focus on the racket face angle and the fluidity of our movements. There’s no need to generate power; it’s sufficient to just get the ball over the net.
